recycle

Yesterday the kids and I made candles to bring to their new teachers on the first day of school. We have been collecting all of the broken crayons for awhile now, so we used them to make the candels. I am not one hundred per cent sure that they will work, but the kids had fun making them, and in the end it is the thought that counts, right?

Very cool! I had a dream about making stuff from crayons once, but never took the initiative to do so. Hope they are a hit!

Oh that sounds really fun! How do you make candles out of crayons?? I don't think we own a single solid crayon, haha, they're all broken.
