My husband brought me home some lovely sorry you hurt your hand flowers last week. They were a nice way to kick off the great weather we have had the past few days.

I am in the process of getting the outside ready for fall. The planters on the back patio are filled with mums. This week I plan to get our decorative pumpkins and mums for the front porch. I love this time of year.

I spotted the first sign of spring in my yard today. Mixed in with all of the brown was this vibrant purple crocus.
